We started working with some of the largest 3PLs in the world in 2005, we learned that all it takes to be great is 4 things. 1. Be Reliable - when our phone rings, we answer. Whether its 11am or 11pm, we answer and have the experience to solve your problems. 2. Invest in Modern Technology- use tech that saves time, money, or energy, that is simple enough to use that you don't need a degree is computer science to use. 3. Great Communication- Things happen that are outside of anyone's control in transportation. Its how you handle those situations that separate you as a business partner. You will get honest, direct communication when things are great, and when things go sideways, because when you have a strong relationship that is based off respect, its the right thing to do. Lastly 4. Do What You Say You Will Do - if we commit to a schedule, that is what we deliver. Our word is very important to us and earn the respect of our clients, daily.
